There was a customer loyalty upgrade in North America, and will be a trade-in program in Europe, but unfortunately each Asia/Pacific country has a distributor that determines such programs separately. I'd suggesting pleading your case with our Asian Tech Manager Sam <sng@...> and seeing if he has any options for you.
