Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hello,

I have dual monitors running off of a single ATI video card. Until
Dell replaced one of my LCD monitors, I've had no problems. Now, since
the replacement is a different (more recent model) LCD screen, I
cannot get my Spyder 2 Suite to calibrate both monitors to match.

After calibrating each monitor separately (first calibrated the
default monitor, then disabled that monitor and calibrated the other
monitor), and loading the profiles (they ARE being changed
independently of each other), they are grossly mismatched.

I have calibrated 5 times each with the same result. I have had the
Windows Color Powertoy installed for years, and all evidence suggests
that there are 2 different LUTs operating independently.

A few years ago, I had 2 CRT monitors from different brands, and they
matched fine using this method. Then came the 2 LCD monitors and they
matched fine too (they were the identical model). Then, when one of my
2407WFP monitors was replaced with a 2408WFP, they haven't been able
to match at all.

I'm looking at purchasing another video card, but it doesn't seem to
me that this will solve the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
