David: I'm just testing Win7, I am not relying on it as my primary OS. I wasn't looking for a solution from Datacolor, just some suggestions of what I might do if this were Vista64 with the same problem. Based on that, I might be able to develop a workaround for my system which, in turn could help other beta testers. The sooner we can get apps running under Win7 - even with workarounds - the sooner Windows users will embrace *those* products because they know they will work. Our feedback and our success is just as important for the app developers as it is for Microsoft. I've been using Datacolor products and advocating them for a decade (or longer). You really shouldn't be treating long-standing customers with such a cavalier attitude. At least the team in Switzerland were civil in their reply. If you don't want to suggest possible workarounds that's fine. Just be gracious about it. Thats supported, and works. We'll get to Windows 7 between now and when its released. > > > C. David Tobie > WW Product Technology Manager > Digital Imaging & Home Theater > Datacolor
