Questions though: 1) Will unloading the ATI Catalyst Control Center cause any other issues I should know about before I do that? 2) I was using the ATI CCC software to lower the general brightness as otherwise even with the Dell 2709W set at Zero brightness on the OSD I still cannot achieve a luminance lower than 120-130cd/m2. If I remove the software what can I do to lower this? 3) What are the guidelines for the settings for the contrast on this wide gamut monitor as the factory default is to max it out at 100? 4) I am also using the ATI software to manage the configuration for a dual screen setup (primary = Dell 2709W, 2nd = Dell 1709FP). Can I still do this without the ATI software?
