Put your R, G, & B specific corrections into the channel specific  
curves of the same curve set that contains your global corrections  
before exporting; S3Print will only accept one curve set.

This should happen automatically, I believe. Without knowing your OS  
its impossible to give specific directions, but the location where  
your xml files is stored may not be where you think it is, as newer  
builds (for security purposes, as the OS developers request) the files  
are put into a subfolder in your user data, not into a global  
location. Even though a master folder still exists at that global  
location, user data is not written to it.
