Re: I too have green screen after cal.

Always? Hmmm I would have learned a lesson about buying from a store that ALWAYS sent me something defective.

Sadly you choose to blast b h but don't say how they handles the return.

I can see why they would not accept a return of an item such as this, a buyer could use and return.

I have bought lots from them as many have without issue. With as much volume as they do, they may be from time to time a defective item, not their fault, in the group.

I was going to send it back to B&H but this is one of the few items they will not exchange for refund so I am stuck with it. On the dell they have presets one of which id sRGB that looks very good after setting color space in windows to same sRGB. but it is not perfect but I could live with it .

Some say Spyder 3 functions have been disabled and can be engaged with software for another $99 like in the elite spyder. OK so how do I get this thing to work.? Could it be defective if so how do I replace or better yet how do I get my money back . Any help would be fantastic

Recently my buddy was in a bind and needed a Canon lens overnight so I ordered a new one from B&H... sure enough the lens was defective, had a scratch on the rear element with fingerprints from someone that tried to clean it.
