Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I increase the Shadow Detail Control from 0 to a higher numbers: 5 and 12 and create new profiles. I then use these new profiles in Photoshop to print a test target. Comparing the printout to the first profile that used a Shadow Detail setting of zero, 5 gives less shadow detail and 12 even less shadow detail in the printouts on an Epson 7900 printer, the opposite of what is suppose to happen. Spyder3Print is installed on a Windows Vista machine.

Any suggestions? I will try setting the control to a negative setting and see what this does?
