There is no way to use a Spyder2 with Spyder3 software. There was a Spyder2 to Spyder3 upgrade offer, years ago, after Spyder3 was released, and assorted other offers since then. There should be another round of upgrade offers before too long. In the meantime, yes, to your comment below, if you keep a copy of any OS that runs Rosetta, you can build profiles and use them with Lion, if you copy them over, then set them as the display profile under Lion.
