Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hi Dave - Good to see your post here. Yes, by now it's been 4 hours. 
The only thing I haven't done is to uninstall v 1.1.1 - though from 
earlier postings to this group, I gather that will probably not help. 
I'm hoping that David Miller or CD Tobie, or someone else with 
insider's technical knowledge will pitch in here and tell me "Hey 
dummy - here's the dead-simple thing you obviously didn't do 
right....". But it's Labor Day and Kim Jong Il is having his own 
private fireworks celebration half a world away, so I can wait until 
tomorrow.
