Hi David,
Thanks for the quick reply. I am sorry I was incomplete and
confusing in my post. PSP was a typo. I am talking about
measurement files created with the spectro.
I have Print Fix Pro, version 1.1.1. I have measured a particular
paper several times with the spectro. Files; Ep2200_IGSG1440,
Ep2200_IGSG1440b and Ep2200_IGSG1440c. These are visable in the pull
down on the Read Patches Page under "existing" When I try to open
the average program (under tools) on this page (Read Patches) the PFP
closes itself after the message I paraphrased in my original post. If
I click on average on any other page the program does NOT close, but
the drop down does not show all of the measured files listed
under "existing measurements", onlyEp220_IGSG1440c and 2 other
papers I have measured but not the b and c version of
Ep2200_IGSG1440. Thus the measurements of the same paper are not
available to average. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Paul
