Is EPSON 2200 a cmyk or RGB printer?

I just bought spyder2 suite for the monitor & printer profile software (PFP). I recently read that CMYK printers are not handled by the PFP software. I simply want to adjust or tweek a profile to suite what I see on my monitor. The spyder 2 suite would likely do this Am I on the right track? or lost in the abyss again! epson 2200 window xp factory ink, epson paper stock Cedarsky3
