You need to use two PCI Express cards, so that each card can hold two sets of video corrections, and each card is seen as two devices, not one by XP. Then you should have four independent (and correct) sets of video corrections on all screens, and four correctly assigned profiles, for use by those applications which can deal with multiple profiles. This should happen automatically when profiling such a system with Spyder2PRO or Spyder3Elite.

No guarantees that any other type of card will function this way.
