Spyder3Elite

I currently use a Spyder2 and I'm thinking of moving up to a
Spyder3Elite (I already have PrintFixPro). Are there any benefits,
i.e., more accurate profiles?

(Lots of details in the content of the Features tab...! :-)

Basics:

- The Spyder3 is faster and more accurate than the Spyder2

- Spyder3Elite is the next generation of display profiling software and
has new features/functions and user interface, vs. the older Spyder2
software. (Spyder3Elite software is not backwards compatible with Spyder2
sensors, you need to get the new sensor to use it).

Also, in case you're still running PrintFIX PRO software and haven't
heard:

All existing PrintFIX PRO users can download and install the latest (newly
renamed) version of the software, Spyder3Print 3.0. You can download the
installer from the Support:Software Updates download page; just look for a
single line near the middle of the page. It has download links for both the OSX
and Windows versions, and also, click on the "i" link at the end of the line to
see the Update Notes (please read these to see what the new features are, and
also about how to install and how to copy over your older measurement files).

Spyder3Print 3.0 can be initialized with your existing PrintFIX PRO serial
number, and there are no changes in the Targets or the measurement file format,
so it's completely backward compatible with everything you've already done.
