Desktop keeps reverting back to previous settings

Desktop keeps reverting back to previous settings

2008-01-10 by Randy L

Hello, does spyder2pro allow me to change my screen resolution once I
have calibrated it? When ever I restart it keeps changing back.

Also I am trying to get it to keep windows classic style and it keeps
wanting to revert to XP style.

Thanks!

Randy

This should have nothing to do with your profile, and very little to do with your display calibration. Neither one defines your screen resolution or desktop style; though you really should calibrate at the resolution you will be using, for most accurate results. And you should really be using a neutral gray background, not some colored Windows desktop, for that matter...

I think I may have fixed it by installing a later version while the
desktop I wanted was active. I will know more today.

I hear you on the gray background.

Thanks!

Problem was I had the start button configured one way and had the
desktop configured another. Seems alright now.
