Tell us a lot more about your computer and operating system. Have you tried connecting the
Spyder directly into the computer's USB port...no hub?

Hi
I've tried aport in the front of the computer and the back. I.ve used
the spyder on this computer for the last year but for some reason it's
not working now.

Not a lot of information to go on in your note. My suspicion is that you installed the latest version of Spyder2PRO over an earlier version, under Windows, causing this issue, is that correct? If so, colorvision support can give you directions for deleting the components of the earlier driver that are keeping the newer driver from installing correctly. Go to colorvision.com, and fill in a support ticket with as much detail about your situation as possible.
