Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I went to the datacolor web site so I could watch any "how to" videos they might have posted as I am new to profile making and to the Spyder3 SR system. I found what I was looking for but the sound level is so low I can't hear the narrator talking. I have my computer audio settings at max. I tried with another computer (widows vs mac), same result.
Is this a universal problem or is it just me? Is there another site to get the instructional information from?
