Thank you

David,

I am constantly seeing you assist others in using the DataColor systems and your responses are very timely and extremely helpful both to the individual asking the question and all the other members of this group. I just want you to know how very appreciated you are and to thank you personally for the assistance you have given myself and others.

THANKS!!

I'm not sure which David you are referring to, or if you even realize there are two of us, but you are welcome.

Thanks...:-)

(This time, I think Dave R. was referring to my reply this morning to
Rollin H., who was getting dark/greenish cast prints, because his
new profile was built from an incorrectly printed target)

I've said it before and am glad to say it again: the support provided by everyone associated with Datacolor on this user support group has been great. It is one of the reasons I chose the products, continue to use them and am willing to recommend them to others.

Thanks for the great support,
Rollin

I left that one for Dave M to answer, because, while it was immediately apparent that it was a target misprint error, Dave has a great set of instructions on how to tell, and how to avoid the issue. Which certainly did the trick.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
