Reinstalling Spyder3Pro and lost cd slip with Reg# on it.

Reinstalling Spyder3Pro and lost cd slip with Reg# on it.

2012-07-10 by pro

I was just reinstalling my Spyder3Pro and when I got to the part where I need to enter my Serial Number I realized that the disc was in a CD sleeve that didn't have a serial number printed in it. I've looked high and low and I can't seem to find the Serial Number anywhere. I contacted customer service but haven't heard back from them and I'm in a MAJOR time crunch to get some prints ordered today. Please help I need to get my monitor calibrated ASAP.

Thanks in advance,
Matt

The serial number on your CD simply gets you an activation code. If you saved the activation code anywhere while activating, thats the number you really need. If you haven't uninstalled your software, that should still be available to you. If not, then there isn't really anything that can be done except to get Support to look it up for you.
