SanityCheck Lut Failed error (occurs during Refining White POint)

SanityCheck Lut Failed error (occurs during Refining White POint)

2012-07-13 by ejc_1@swbell.net

My XP machine crashed and burned so I bought a new HP machine: Win 7 12 gigs memory 2 terabyte drive. It has its own Radeon HD7450.

I downloaded the latest software and installed and I get the error above.

I submitted a ticket, and was goiven a link to download what appears to be the same software so I uniinstalled, rebooted and reinstalled only to get the same error.

Can anyone here help?

Thanks

Your support ticket is your ticket out of this. Reply with the number in the subject line, and a lot more info than you provided here, and they should be able to assist…

Well I am sorry to have bothered the forum, I had received assistance here several years ago, so I simply came back. DId not realize it was taboo to ask for help here while a ticket was pending.

Thought I might get quicker assistance from here since the online support says 24-48 hours.

By the way dont know what more I can say:

During calibration, reaches refining white point stage and error happens. You have to cancel whole process to get out.

Have reinstalled as they asked and got the same error.

Again, sorry for posting here! I will go buy another product!

It's certainly not taboo; but certain technical issues are best solved via a support ticket. More general questions are great fodder for the list.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
