I have just calibrated my ASUS VH222H monitor with Spyder 4.
Colors look great however, the screen is slightly blurry on the right
hand side for about a third of the screen.
Any ideas how to fix this?
ICC profiles have calibration data that is applied to the entire screen at the video card level, and a display description that it is assigned at the OS level, and applied by applications who pick that up from the OS. Both of these functions are global, and either effect the entire screen, or not at all. There is no mechanism for an ICC profile, or a VLUT in the video card, to affect one section of the screen only. I wish there was, as we could correct color and brightness across the screen (uniformity)if that was possible. So I can't see any way that a profile is causing your issue, though some bug in the video card or elsewhere might be being triggered with the calibration application, so will show up at that point.
