Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Dear Admin/ Tech support,

As above subject, my screen appear greenish after I've done the calibration.I had set everything to default on my display but to no avail. Kindly help me asap.

1. Computer (make and model)?
2. Monitor (make and model)?
3. Operating system (including version)?
4. Did you warm up the monitor before calibration?
5. Were there any error messages during calibration?
6. Did the screen look normal at the end of calibration?
7. Have you tried calibrating again?
