I have had the same problem with used 720 K disks. Try formatting them in your Disklavier. The Giebler Utility program (about $60)also formats 720K disks. You can buy 720K disks on the internet from Office Outlet at www.shoplet.com for $4.55 box of 11. Serial #UNV00340 for IBM formatted or UNV00320 unformatted. If you are really desparate, try taping over the hole on the bottom right hand corner of a HD disk and formatting it as a 720 K disk.
