Re: [disklavier] Used 720k DD Disk

To format the disk with your Windows-based PC, use the following command:

FORMAT A: /n:9 /t:80

(where A: is your floppy drive).

I am not a computer wiz and I have this problem of mine regarding
720k floppy Disk. I am from the Philippines and Double density disk
is not available here in our country. But I have found used DD Disk
that I can use, the problem is that some of them can't be read by my
Disklavier.I checked with my computer and an error says " can't
read,no CRC" Is there a program to check the integrity of a 720K Disk
and can I format it with Windows Format Disk? Thanks for any help you
can provide.
Allan
