Hi, my mark IV has stopped responding to my pc-100. I also noticed that I can not see the piano on my network any more. I have the piano hardwired into my network. I know the network is working. I don’t understand why I can not access the piano via the hardwire? Any way I need help maybe someone can point me to a trouble-shooting procedure or know of a way for me to access through my laptop. I have tried the iPhone app and DKV Browser. Everything I find says to call a repair service… I’m fairly technical and am sure with the correct info I can get the piano back to normal. Thanks!
