I'd probably first try to see if your router is assigning an ip address to the DKV. Try unplugging the unit from the network, waiting a while, then reconnect and power up the unit. Then go to the administrator function of your network router to see all the devices that have a current assigned ip addresses. Find the unit by MAC address if it's not obvious. When you have the ip address identified, try pinging it from your pc. You should get a return it if is on your network. Thats a first start.
Hi, my mark IV has stopped responding to my pc-100. I also noticed that I can not see the piano on my network any more. I have the piano hardwired into my network. I know the network is working. I don’t understand why I can not access the piano via the hardwire? Any way I need help maybe someone can point me to a trouble-shooting procedure or know of a way for me to access through my laptop. I have tried the iPhone app and DKV Browser. Everything I find says to call a repair service… I’m fairly technical and am sure with the correct info I can get the piano back to normal.
