Carl, I use Ivory American Concert D for virtual nighttime playing with headphones and recording, and love it.  

Many like Pianoteq, which is more customizable and might provide a more sensitive playing experience, but I prefer the sound of Ivory. You can get a demo version of Pianoteq on their site, it has a small footprint unlike Ivory, which is huge and takes half a day to install.
