Disklavier

I found this group on the Internet and I am hoping that someone can provide 
me with some help.
I have just taken delivery of a beautiful new disklavier grand (DC3A) and 
it appear to have a problem. I have sent email to Yamaha but they appear to 
be closed until the New Year and as I am sure you can understand I am very 
anxious to try my new baby.
Problem is this....
1. Error reading on startup stating "Sensor LED on Error"
2. Does not seem to record....since it will not playback
3. When I activate the Silent mode....I can hear the piano sound but it is 
very faint
I have checked the volume controls and the plugs and they all seem to be fine.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
