If you are using MIDI cables, you do not need anything from the To Host port.

As for recording the pedal, I believe you do not need a different channel, but I am not certain.  You could call the Yamaha tech support and ask them.  When I use Logic to edit MIDI files, I also see the pedaling on Channel 1.

I am presently in Germany so I do not have access to my technology cal manuals.  I wish you well on your recording session!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
