Disklavier

Hi all,
I am a piano tech with a moderate amount of experience troubleshooting and repairing disklaviers. Having said that, I am very far from a networking person. I have found that customers with the Enspire have a hell of a time getting their piano to connect to the internet. The thumb drive/WPS wireless connector (I can’t remember the name of the thing) seems to barely work and I have been told that many wireless routers don’t have a WPS button any longer. Does anyone know if Yamaha is trying to take on this problem? 
What wireless device do you find is the most simple, affective way to get people’s Enspires on the internet? Thank you ahead of time for the advice,
