Hi Carol The Pianosoft disks have a blank Boot Sector. I used to use Norton Utils (a bit editor) in DOS to copy a good Boot Sector to the Pianosoft disk. That way the PC could read it. I also had a friend write a program for the Atari PC which did the same as DKVutils.
