Disklavier

Hi all - the "save as" in QuickTime 5 Pro Player didn't fix the file
when I tested it, but "export" as standard MIDI file worked.  Now the
file is playable in Windows Media Player, and I think will play in
Disklavier as well.  Fixed file is attached.
