That's great news. Thanks for the sugestion as to the cables. Unfortunately, it's not a realistic option for me. I live in condo and had conduits for surround sound wires put in when the building was under construction. However, there is no room for a MIDI cable, and going through the walls would now be a major project. For anyone who is interested, I sent an e-mail earlier today to M-Audio asking about the status of the Midair.
