Dave, Another confirmation! At least it's comforting to know I'm not alone. Rather than a power switch, I've thought of putting a DIP switch in the AUX out to shut off the current to the speaker. I'm not sure if this would give me the same "buzzz" as pulling out the AUX plug or not. It makes you wonder if the people that designed this actually used their own product... On the other hand, other than this minor inconvenience I really love the silent system.
