Disklavier

Help!!!
 
I am trying to make my mind up about buying a White 2nd Hand Yamaha
Disklavier MX100II that I have seen for sale and I just cant make up my
mind.
 
I was curious to know what every ones opinion was as to if it's a good
deal or not.
 
I have seen the following for sale in the UK all priced at a total of
4500 quid :
 
  S/H MX100II WHITE DISKLAVIER
  1996 MODEL IN MINT CONDITION
  DUET STOOL
  20 YAMAHA DISKS
  2 YEAR G/TEE
  DELIVERY
  POST DELIVERY TUNING
 
Any thoughts ?
 
I also wondered what the resale value of a piano of this would be like
if we changed our mind in 12 months and decided to sell it ?
