I followed the link, read it in Spanish (my natural tongue) it is 
clear that the flaw is in MS WIN XP and only in some installations.

Thanks to Chin-Chine for finding the real cause.
If the files are not modified then you need an extra unzip program.
(some already mentioned) here.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
