Good morning, everyone.

Bob, what you describe goes well beyond the occasional, random  
computer glitch that requires a reboot. I would make sure that the  
instrument has version 1.11 of the system software and then I would  
insist on getting a fix from either your dealer or Yamaha Piano  
Service. I don't believe that Yamaha will leave you unsatisfied.
