Disklavier

Bob,

I have the DC3M4t.  On page 65 of the Advanced Operating Manual the 
power consumption of the DC3M4t is specified to be 180 watts.  When you 
purchase a UPS, you simply need to ensure by reading the specifications 
of the UPS that it will e able to supply 180 watts.  The power output 
wattage of any good UPS is always stated on the back of the UPS and 
usually on the box the UPS comes in.  A 250 watt UPS (quite a small one 
actually) will do nicely for your DC3M4t.  It is important to also 
ensure that the UPS provides voltage stabilization circuitry which will 
keep the voltage at nominal levels during power brownouts. Again, most 
UPS manufacturers include this on their units today.  Here are web sites

Specific models by Cyberpower that would  provide protection for your 
DC3M4t include the APC ES500 (list price $60) or the Cyberpower Model 
550AE (also ($60).  This units are available at CompUSA and BestBuy 
respectively, as well as numerous other vendors.
