We bought a new DC1A in October from PianoPlus in CA. After 9-10 weeks of waiting, we finally had our piano tuned by a technician. He mentioned that we should have some type of "warranty" paper or package by Yamaha. We never received anything from the dealer other than a receipt. Should we expect some type of warranty package soon? How does Yamaha track their customer information? Thanks for your help. -Jessica
