The dealer sends in the information and we register it. I am unaware of any warranty paper sent to the purchaser. There is a "Thank you for buying a Yamaha" letter that we send out about 3 or 4 months after the purchase. Nice piano. Call me at 800 854 1569 if you have any questions. After 9-10 weeks of waiting, we finally had our piano tuned by a technician. He mentioned that we should have some type of "warranty" paper or package by Yamaha. We never received anything from the dealer other than a receipt. Should we expect some type of warranty package soon? How does Yamaha track their customer information?
