Any decent sequencing package, such as Cakewalk or Cubase, should allow you to edit MIDI data. All you need is the facility to edit SYSEX messages, which will allow you to access all XG parameters.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
