This was just an announcement of the software. I don't think it's due to be released until the Summer.
No word on the compressed audio for the hard drive. I'd bet it's not there.

the server because of differences in copyright that would make some of

I don't see why they can't just build an IP filtering mechanism into
the software. It is very common to filter IP addresses by continent
these days. At the very least they could put an IP filter on the FTP
site so that those of us who are in the US could still get the
software. I don't like having to wait for my dealership.
