Disklavier

Hi,

I think my disklavier is broken or need adjustment.  When I play some
floppies, the timing of the notes is terrible in acoustic mode but
sounds fine in digital.  Is there a way to have the disklavier
readjust itself or do I need to call a tech to do this?  Is this
normal for the timing to go off like this?  It sounds like the keys
are not being struck when they should.  I notice this problem with
floppies or cds that only play piano.  The ones I have that also have
voice or musical accompaniment don't seem to have this timing problem
(but maybe the other sounds are masking it).
