My husband was trying to run the 'search' function on the virtual prc
interface, when he received the following message "File Handling
Process is Running".

He tried relaunching the Virtual PRC interface, put the Mark IV piano
in Standby and also tried rebooting the Mark IV.  None of these things
helped.

I was unable to do a search from my 'virtual prc interface' on my
computer as well.  Then it donned on me that I had put a CD with mp3
into the CD tray.  I removed the CD and took the piano out of standby
and rebooted my computer and the 'Search' function is now working on
my computer.  I believe the message 'File Handling Process is Running'
was due to the fact that the Mark IV was trying to load into memory
the many mp3 files from the CD and was either stuck in that mode or
overloaded with this process due to the large number of mp3 files on
that CD.

Not sure if this is a bug or merely a processing problem.
