Re: Video of Disklavier with cool computer MIDI effects

2008-08-31 by Joan Heitzeberg (Conahan)

Enjoyed the video, David. My kids love to make videos and pretend
they are playing and singing while the piano plays ... provides a lot
of laughs around here at holidays.

Have you got any new midis available? ... I believe you had one disk
on CD Baby that I bought last year.

Thanks
Joan

sequencer, running a delay octave MIDI effect, with its MIDI out
routed back into the Yamaha Disklavier. This causes every keypress to
be duplicated down several octaves, with delays between each note. I
used Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 with one of its built-in MIDI effects, but
I'm sure most decent sequencers will be able to do this and other fun
things.
