Hi everyone This is my first post. I have recently purchased a G2 disklavier and was going to sell my upright MX100A to a friend. So of course it has suddenly stopped working after so many years. The first symptom was that it said "press stop key" as it usually does when unused for a while and pressing the stop key elicited no response. A turn off and turn back on produced a double zero display with just one line of boxes in the text display. It will not proceed past this point. I tried doing a diagnostic by pressing L and R buttons while turning it on but the result was the same. What doesn't seem to be happening is that the floppy drive is silent making me think that that has failed causing this freeze. Can you still get floppy drives of this antiquated technology or is there some way of updating the input source. I normally run the Disklavier from a PC anyway but need the floppy working for the MIDI signal to be accepted. What is the best way round this problem? Peter B
