Re: [disklavier] combined spreadsheet of the 2002, 2004, 2006 ande 2009 files

not planning on uploading it but can. i just merged your list with mine and made the formats uniform so we both have file
name with year appended to work with my programs. i forget what yamaha did from year to year but i thought that they always
had names first, last. at some point i switched them with a perl script and hand edited the stuff that was too strange to do
automatically. when i merge the lists i see that we have virtually the same data in every field so maybe you started with
something that i gave to someone at some point and might have been posted. it looks like both of our lists are too similar to
be a coincidence. i will be switching first, last to last first in the 2009 entries either with the script, if i can find it, or just by
copying yours over to mine. for now, here is the xls as it is now. you are welcome to use the 2008 data. at some point we should agree
on a format and make both of our lists the same. now that i think of it, i think i did share my list after i had done just years 2002 to 2006
which is probably what you got and might be why you are missing 2008. in this exs my stuff is the yellow highlighted.

Greetings gould2802,
what about 2008? wish i had found these files a few days ago. i separately extracted all the data from the Yamaha site and pasted it in to a spreadsheet. i also have 2008. i downloaded all the files that are still available in hi res format and added the year to the file name to distinguish some that would be ambiguous as the same performer was in more than one year of comps. my spreadsheet can be used to add MIDI keywords to the files and once converted to MP3 to play on the LX system, MP3 tags can be added.i will compare your list to mine as a check on accuracy of copying from the site. is this the way you did it? i also prefer your last, first name as opposed to the way it is on the site. i will probably convert mine as i have a script somewhere that converts first, last to last, first but it might not work with some of the hyphenated names.
is there some reason that 2008 is missing?

Downloading is quite easy using a download manager (like for instance Reget Deuxe)
