I just found it: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/disklavier/message/7259 If the action is getting a bit worn or has had some work done to it, you could try re-calibrating the piano. Hold down the Song Select buttons [<<] & [>>] while you power up. This gets you into the maintenance mode. Press the [R] button until the display comes up with "KEYBOARD MEASUREMENT". Press the Play button. the piano will start playing notes repeatedly. While this is going on, don't touch any buttons or keys! Eventually (hopefully) it will come up with "OK! PRESS STOP". Press the Stop button, switch off and the power up again normally.
