[disklavier] Disklavier mark 4 USB interface

Can the Disklavier mk4 be controlled note by note with just the usb  
interface to a computer and not the MIDI or both maybe?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
