Disklavier

My Disklavier has stopped driving the acoustic portion of my Yamaha baby grand piano.  I suspect the problem arises from some settings issue -- but I haven't (at least intentionally) changed any settings.  I can still play midi files in quiet mode.  And the acoustic piano works fine when I do not attempt to invoke the Disklavier. The Disklavier does not drive the piano no matter how I attempt it:  not through the handheld, not through DKVBrowser, and not through the media box mounted below the keyboard.

Any assistance in diagnosing and correcting this problem would be greatly appreciated!
