Hello Wayne, Can you let me know the following about your DKC-850: 1.The Disklavier ID Go to: Setup > Network > Information -> NAME example: DKV123456 2. Did you purchase this new or used? 3. Have you used DisklavierRadio in the past with it in English? 4. Is anything else in Japanese other than the DisklavierRadio screens?
